Oxygen: Your ally against Coronavirus

Lack of oxygen is a major cause of weakened immune systems. Literally every cell in our bodies needs oxygen to function. – Without it, our normal defensive responses to disease is about as effective as a fart in the wind.

Superbugs & cancer thrive in oxygen-starved (anaerobic) environments. This state, called fermentation, and is similar to the process of brewing alcohol. – On the other hand, vinegar (which is very good for your health) needs an oxygen-rich (aerobic) environment.

Among the many warnings & advisories during this coronavirus disruption was a statement that the virus lives longer on smooth surfaces than on fabric or rough, natural surfaces. Why? Because more virus-killing oxygen is found in clothing or a head of hair, than on a single-sided smooth surface like a table.

Defy the “shelter in place” orders and stick your head outside for a breath of oxygen! Get it while you can – sooner or later the traffic will start up again & fill the air with toxic chemicals.
