Misguided Fuel Cell Program

The $1 billion federal fuel cell car program is a misguided attempt to jump from piston power to fuel cells in too short a time frame. U.S. automakers are headed down the same ill-fated road as the 1990's EV program.

It will take closer to $1 trillion to move from piston powered automobiles to fuel cells.
