Domestic Orders

Shipping

We ship by U. S. Postal Service to the U.S. 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. An Insured Mail fee is included in our shipping charges.

Method of Payment

We accept payment in the form of:

If you send a money order or cashier's check, your order will be processed immediately. 

If you send a personal check, your order may be delayed for a couple of weeks until the check clears.

We currently do not accept PayPal or credit cards.

Foreign Orders

Shipping

We ship by U.S. Postal Service to countries outside the U.S. An Insured Mail fee is included in our shipping charges for turbines/components.

Method of Payment

All foreign orders must be accompanied by a money order or cashier's check drawn in U.S. currency. 

We currently do not accept PayPal, credit cards or wire transfers.

Terms

Since our closed-loop turbine generators are custom built & hand assembled, our normal turn-around is approximately 6 months -- based on a 5-day work week -- before each order ships. 

All Sales are Final

If for any reason you want to return the rotors or turbines, we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee. In addition, you pay for shipping back to PNGinc's location in Munising, Michigan USA.
