* Fast Facts: The first Tesla Turbine model was built in 1906. Weighing less than 10 pounds, the turbine operated on compressed air and developed 30 horsepower (three horsepower per pound). Twelve disks measuring five inches in diameter & made of German silver reportedly attained a speed of 20,000 rpm. -- Further improvements by the great scientist/inventor resulted in a breakthrough 10hp/lb. engine the size of a man's derby hat.

PNGinc has improved upon Tesla's original design, gaining an additional 30% efficiency. Along with proprietary combustion breakthroughs, our Phoenix Turbine (projected 40-50% thermal efficiency) has the highest potential of all engines.
