Ships are fast becoming the biggest source of air pollution in the EU. Noisy, cancer-causing diesel-powered auxiliary generators are in continual use as ships load & unload cargo. Busy ports around the world are experiencing the same problem. 

Shore-side electricity using our Phoenix UCB™ Ultra-Clean Burner turbine generators will eliminate local air and noise emissions from ships' diesel engines while at berth in port. Rather than overburdening the national grid, on-site power generation in ports represents an untapped revenue stream. While producing particulate-free electrical power using waste oils from heavy equipment & bilge oil, port-based utilities can sell their excess power to the grid.
