Venture into the business of hybrid vehicle component supply. The Phoenix hybrid retrofit program is the first stage in fulfilling the global mandate to reduce emissions 50%.

Initial cash flow  will be generated through sales of a how-to book aimed at DIY/DIFM vehicle retrofit customers. Phase two will move on to production of components critical to HEV retrofits detailed in the book.
